If items are in stock they will be shipped within 48 hours.   As most of the items are hand carved  to custom requirements they may take longer depending on work load.  We will notify you  with an approximate shipping date.

All of our parcels are shipped insured. In case of damage during shipping please notify us upon receipt. We will refund or replace the merchandise at no cost, including shipping. Please be sure to retain all original packaging materials for at least two weeks.

The shopping cart will allow "mail order" as a payment option, with this option you also have the choice to pay with a personal or business check.  You are responsible for mailing the printed form.  Please allow at least 5 business days to clear a check. Money orders and credit card payments will be shipped promptly.

We ship world wide. Please email for a freight quote (be sure to mention the items and your full shipping address).

The most inexpensive way to ship is via the US Postal Service, who are fairly reliable. However, they do not always  provide tracking or delivery confirmation nor do they offer a solid insurance policy for International orders. It is an "at your own risk" shipping method.    Payment with this shipping method is Money order or Bank wire only.  

Federal Express is about double the cost of the US Postal Service but they are more reliable, faster, can be fully insured against damage or loss, and have tracking and delivery confirmation.   For Standard Ground deliveries in Canada we use UPS.
