REDWOOD DECOR
Bosko's creations
are all hand-carved from solid California
redwood, which is known for its long-lasting
beauty and natural resistance to decay. This is
not the case with many of today's
carvings offered by other companies, which use
wood harvested from ancient rain forests in
third world countries, destroying those forests
and further contributing to the depletion of
Earth's ozone layer. We exclusively use the
fast-growing redwood: it is the USA' s most
renewable building material, and state law
requires harvest-sites to be promptly
replanted. In fact, due to strict laws there
are more redwoods today than when man first
harvested the trees. And all our creations are
carved here in Southern California by skilled
artisans. |
